On-Site Maintenance Plans
AASystems provides long term field maintenance plans and on-site instrument repairs. Plans include: GC calibrations, quality control analyses, employee & operator training, equipment maintenance/repairs* and troubleshooting.
*GC repairs and replacement parts may result in additional costs.
Step #1: On-site evaluation and client needs assessment is completed.
Step #2: Maintenance plan proposal is composed, including field services and frequency of scheduled visits (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or as needed).
Step #3: Maintenance plan is reviewed and confirmed by the client.
Proper maintenance and quality control extends the life of your laboratory equipment, minimizes downtime and keeps your system operating optimally on a continuous basis.
